Our Legacy

Four generations of maritime leadership

1938

A maritime house is founded

The origins of a shipping enterprise built to endure across cycles, generations, and markets, anchored in reputation and disciplined execution.

1993

Revolutionising Indian coastal shipping

We became the first non-industrial company to offer coastal shipping along the Indian coast, contracting and building new bulk carriers for coastal and short-sea operations, serving cement, iron ore, steel and project cargo sectors. This established us as the preferred private partner for the trade.

Today

Global advisory across every segment

A specialised advisory and transactional platform operating from Mumbai and London, structuring bulk, tanker, LPG, offshore and infrastructure-linked shipping worldwide.
